We accept PDF and Microsoft Word (.docx) formats. A plain text-based resume is best — heavily designed resumes with graphics, text boxes, or tables are harder for ATS systems to parse and may affect the accuracy of the analysis.
Both tiers include a 30-minute live virtual practice interview on Google Meet conducted by a real recruiter, plus a written feedback report sent within 24 hours covering your performance and areas to improve. The ₱350 tier adds a live Q&A and debrief discussion immediately after the interview — we go through your performance together in real time, you can ask questions directly, and I give you targeted coaching on the spot before ending the session.
If feedback has not yet been delivered, we can issue a full refund. Once your resume review or interview feedback has been sent, refunds are not available as the service has been rendered. If you are not satisfied with the quality of the feedback, please reach out and we will make it right.
